About Us

Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Sound Healer, Breath-work facilitator and Artist. 

My work is shared through in person retreats, events and classes. A creative wanderer fascinated by the subconsciousness and nervous system who has settled in deeply spiritual places such as Byron Bay, Portugal, New Zealand and Bali, navigating the digital world I am passionate about sharing knowledge and insights along the way. 

I work with the subtle energy systems for healing and transformation. Yin yoga, sound frequencies, meditation, energy work and other mystical modalities helped me overcome my own struggles with self-love and chronic fatigue from stress related illnesses. 

I want to help regulate your nervous system with simple impactful practices of self-love so that you can achieve safety and relaxation within your mind, body and soul.

Together we will build resilience to daily obstacles and confidently make decisions in for a life in alignment with your authentic self.

It also helps improve blood circulation to the brain which in turn boosts creative thinking.


Different modalities are explored to find how you feel most natural to express your inner artist.

This can be through sound, words, drawing, even dance.
